Terms and Conditions of Trading

  1. The Company is The Pennwood Saddle Company Ltd whose registered address is Hawkridge House, Fidges Lane , Eastcombe, STROUD. Gloucestershire. GL6 7DW.   2. The goods are as described in our current catalogue or on this web site and the price for the goods is also as stated there. The price is fixed from the date of the order confirmation
  3. Quotations for delivery will be provided for each order, delivery costs must be paid for prior to dispatch of the goods.
  4. Goods must be paid for at the time of order. There is a 7 working day right of cancellation after which payment in full becomes due. Notice of cancellation must be received by the company at our registered address as above in writing, recorded in another durable medium and faxed or delivered by electronic mail to the Company's registered email address. Notice of acceptance of the cancellation will be confirmed by the Company. If the order is cancelled within the 7 day period all monies will be returned to the purchaser.
  5. All goods are made to order with a normal delivery period of 5 to 6 working weeks. Special non standard orders may require a slightly longer period
  6. All goods are supplied with a 12 month guarantee covering materials and workmanship. Statutory rights are not affected by the existence of this guarantee
  7. Should the goods need to be returned to the Company under the terms of the guarantee, the company will reimburse the reasonable costs of carriage and postage. Any claims for damage during delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt by the customer to the Company.
